1. Pricing overview
Muzica's current monthly pricing is:
- Free Listener: R0/month
- Listener Premium: R59/month
- Artist Account: R99/month
2. Currency
All prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
3. What Free Listener includes
The Free Listener plan may include access to limited listening, discovery, voting or platform features. Free users may see ads and may have usage limits.
4. What Listener Premium includes
Listener Premium costs R59 per month and may include enhanced listening features, fewer restrictions, premium discovery features, higher competition voting limits where applicable, and other premium listener benefits shown on the pricing page.
5. What Artist Account includes
Artist Account costs R99 per month and may include artist profile features, upload tools, dashboard access, promotional tools, competition upload access where applicable, analytics where available, and artist-specific features shown on the pricing page.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly unless a different billing cycle is clearly shown at checkout. Payment is collected through Paystack or another payment provider we appoint.
7. Price changes
We may change prices in future. Price changes will not affect the current paid billing period. Where required, we will give reasonable notice before a change affects future billing.
8. Taxes and fees
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how the checkout page displays the transaction. Payment provider, bank or card fees may apply depending on the payment method.
9. Promotions
We may offer discounts, trials, referral offers or promotions. Promotions may have separate rules, expiry dates and eligibility requirements.
10. No guaranteed results
An Artist Account does not guarantee streams, fans, earnings, playlist placement, competition wins, verification, sponsorships or promotion.
