1. Respect for rights
Muzica respects copyright and related rights. Artists and users must only upload content they own or are authorised to use.
2. Reporting infringement
To report alleged infringement, email legal@muzica.co.za with:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The Muzica URL or enough detail to find the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorised.
- Proof that you are the rights owner or authorised representative.
- Your signature or electronic confirmation.
3. Muzica's response
Muzica may remove, disable, restrict or investigate content after receiving a rights complaint. We may contact the uploader for a response.
4. Counter-response
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, contact legal@muzica.co.za with proof of ownership, licence or permission.
5. Repeat infringers
Muzica may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights.
6. False claims
False or abusive takedown requests may result in account restrictions or legal consequences.
